Sport Auckland’s Green Prescription & Active Families
Thanks to Sargood Bequest, we’ve been popping up in Sport Auckland’s free Green Prescription and Active Families programmes since May 2019. Green Prescription helps people achieve their healthy lifestyle goals through fun and interactive movement sessions and Active Families is a community-based health programme that encourages children and families to get active and learn about healthy eating.
To continue to support this community through Covid-19 we put together a virtual therapeutic dance movement session.
