Supervision and Professional Development

“Taking care of yourself doesn’t mean me first, it means me too.” – L.R. Knost

Supervision is relevant to anyone who provides support to others, particularly in a clinical setting, as it allows for reflection on client progress, the client-therapist relationship and any difficulties you’re experiencing. Your supervisor will give you constructive feedback on your approach and work with you on collaborative goal-setting.

Being innovators at the forefront of clinical Dance Movement & Arts therapies in Aotearaoa NZ we have a range of experienced supervisors we can connect you with. Whether you are working in trauma or disabilities; with children, adolescents or adults; we can match you with the right person. We offer regular group and individual supervision face-to-face or online, depending on what suits you best. One-off and emergency supervision may also be arranged.
