Build self esteem and confidence, strengthen self identity and develop art skills

Arts 4 Us

Thanks to our generous supporters, we are able to offer free drop in group art therapy for kids aged between 5-12. This is an opportunity for children to make new connections while meeting other people in a fun environment – and provides the therapeutic benefits of art making and well-being support.

How Does Arts 4 Us Help?

Arts 4 Us is a drop in group arts therapy programme held during term time for school aged children. Art is used as a medium to aid self esteem and confidence, strengthen self identity and develop art skills. Take a look at this video to learn more about Arts 4 Us from some of our therapists.

  • “I'm glad this group exists. We've been looking for a group to join for years! But all the other options like Scouts or sports require a child to be sporty/physically coordinated/able to follow strict instructions or glean information from social interactions (my child needs social interactions and 'normal' situational behaviour explained to him).”

    Parent, Arts 4 All

  • "Awesome making new things."
