A variety of dance movement and/or art making approaches may be used depending on the theme and participants. Dance therapy groups and Creative Art Therapy groups specifically for women, men, teenagers, children and the LGBTQIA+ community are available. Drop in and clinical Dance and Art Therapy groups generally meet weekly for 1 hour for a minimum of several weeks, or they may be ongoing.
